PROLIE AROM
Yeast derivative obtained by thermal treatment of a strain which is high in glutathione. Used during the fermentation of white must, it assures elevated antioxidation protection and contributes great quantities of mannoproteins. At the end of the fermentation, wines are obtained with fresher and more intense aromatic profiles. Recommended for young white wines.

Mixture of cell wall with high content of soluble mannoproteins, condensed and ellagic tannins. It is specifically designed for red grapes maceration. Wines treated with PROLIE Round have more intense and stable color, more intense fruity aromas and softer and well balanced taste. Recommended for rosé and young red wines.

PROLIE TINTO
Mixture of cell wall polysaccharides high in immediately free mannoprotein, grape seed tannins and ellagitannin. It is specifically designed to favor the condensation of anthocyanins/tannins during the maceration of red grapes. Wines treated with PROLIE TINTO have more intense color, more intense fruity aromas and taste which is softer and in equilibrium. Recommended for big red wines.
