Enartis Pacific is expanding it’s operations and offering an exciting new opportunity to join our team and help develop this new segment of our business

 

We are currently seeking an Engineering Manager based in South Australia who will be responsible to support and assist customers on the installation and operation of our equipment. Reporting to the Managing Director Working closely with the sales team in Australia and New Zealand this candidate must possess solid knowledge of the winemaking process, and an excellent proclivity for relationships and commercial activity.

 

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Working with the commercial sales team to identify and develop opportunities for equipment including regular site visits
  • Promoting and supporting sales of oenological produts through the equipment offering
  • Assembly, disassembly, maintenance, calibration and training of Enartis equipment
  • Advanced technical troubleshooting, servicing and problem resolution
  • Maintain and manage all equipment including traceability
  • Compliance with all quality and safety procedures of the company and the customers
  • Achieve agreed revenue metrics and sales targets, including the management of business expenses
  • Provide monthly reports on all equipment and projects
  • Assist with stock management, equipment documentation and trials
  • Build brand awareness and represent the business at wine association led events, workshops and presentations, liaising with key influencers and decision-makers
  • Maintain current knowledge of latest research and technology, attending available training and learning opportunities

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Strong practical winemaking / cellar experience
  • Australian citizenship/residency or a valid existing Australian work visa
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Current passport

 

ATTRIBUTES:

 

  • Capacity for regular travel to regional, interstate and international locations
  • Self-motivated and able to work well autonomously as well as in a small team environment
  • Project management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate to a broad audience
  • Knowledge or experience of European culture & Multilingual skills will be highly regarded
