PLANTIS AF-Q
PLANTIS AF-Q is a plant based blend for wine fining composed of hydrolyzed pea protein boosted with activated chitosan. The synergy between the two optimizes its clarifying action. It ensures good clarification and more compact lees, especially when used in flotation. At the same time, it improves juice and wine resistance to oxidation by removing pro-oxidant metals and low molecular weight polyphenols.
