EnartisStab MICRO ZERO is a blend of chitosan, tannins, and fumaric acid that inhibits the growth of lactic bacteria and prevents unwanted malolactic fermentation. Its bactericidal and microbicidal properties make it a viable alternative to sulfur dioxide for controlling unwanted microrganism.

Applications: Inhibition of FML; control of unwanted microorganisms; antioxidant protection; reduction in the use of SO2
