Quality verification and control: from production to commercialization

In the fourth and final episode of “CERM insights: the Science behind Excellence”, we explore the final stages of the production process, from verifying the identity of the strains to assessing the quality of the finished product on a real winery scale.

Each sample from the pilot plant undergoes molecular and microbiological analyses to verify its identity, purity, and composition.
