A successful fermentation is the first step in achieving quality wine. Continuous research on individual strains and practical experience gained over many years in the market, allows us to recommend the yeast strain that provides the best results for each application.
Enartis has recently launched Easytech, a selection of direct inoculation yeast strains and fermentation activators that do not require traditional rehydration.
They were developed to make winery operations easier and reduce energy, water and manpower. The Easytech selection of products, particularly the direct inoculation yeasts, undergo an additional strict quality control process that allows Enartis to certify the suitability of the product for the new preparation methods.
The Easytech strategy includes yeast strains selected for their intrinsic characteristics, as well as for their production process, which makes them suitable for direct inoculation, without requiring rehydration to ensure their optimal fermentation performance. Easytech also includes two granulated yeast inoculation nutrients that are less powdery, safer to use and are easier to dissolve directly in must.
