Gum Arabic feeder for small and medium bottling lines, perfect for production volumes below 3200 bottles/hour.
It can be installed directly along the bottling line, between the bottling machine and the filtration station. It has 3 fundamental parts: the magnetic flow measurer to know the wine flow at bottling, the feeder composed of a dosage pump and electronic control, and the injector/static mixer. The flow measurer is inserted in the bottling line via a T joint. This measurer must be connected to the gum Arabic feeder, and it controls the wine flow and consequently adjusts the pump speed and quantity of gum Arabic according to the chosen concentration (mL/hL).
Thanks to the management software of this equipment, it is possible to set the concentration and gum Arabic in mL/hL in 1mL/hL increments, and start/stop the dosage.
Pro Boera, available with 1 to 3 dosing points, was created for use in the wine and beverage industry for a continuous dosage of gum Arabic, sulfur dioxide, enzymes, colorants, acids, aromas, preservative and other liquid additives.
The version Pro Boera 1.A 1P allows for the dosage of only one additive at a time.
The model Pro Boera 1.A 2P has 2 dosage piston pumps and 1 expansion card and can dose two additives at the same time in the same line and the data relative to the two dosages can be observed.
The model Pro Boera 1.A 3P has 3 dosage piston pumps and 2 expansion cards and can dose three additives at the same time in the same line and the data relative to the three dosages can be observed.
