Enartis Portugal é o novo representante exclusivo do Velcorin®

A Enartis acaba de assumir a representação e distribuição exclusiva do Velcorin® e suas aplicações para o setor enológico em Portugal.

Esta aposta e investimento no mercado, resultou do acordo entre a fabricante alemã LANXESS e a Enartis Portugal, numa estratégia comum de disponibilizar uma tecnologia de ponta no controlo microbiológico dos vinhos.

Segundo Daniel Gomes – General Manager da Enartis Portugal, “com vista a uma lógica de continuidade e crescimento sustentado, reforçamos a nossa equipa através da contratação do microbiólogo André Meireles, para o cargo de Product Application Manager, beneficiando da sua vasta experiência na implementação do Velcorin® em enologia, nas empresas BEVTEC e OENO-VATION, que anteriormente distribuíam este produto”.

Chill Out stabilization strategy

Enartis presentation on the additive stabilization strategy Chill out during the 2015 Enoforum: integrated system of tartaric stabilization without cold based on the use of colloid protectors. The new technology is framed in the context of stability management practices, highlighting how a well-managed additive strategy can be decisive and, ultimately, more economical and respectful of the quality of wine. Introduction of the future additive for tartaric stabilization, the potassium poliaspartate.
