We are offering an exciting opportunity to join their team! We are currently seeking an an Engineering Manager who will be responsible to support and assist customers on any technical application issues, to provide advice and training, on our equipment.

 

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Contact with the commercial team.
  • Assembly and disassembly of service equipment in cellars.
  • Contact with suppliers.
  • Management support.
  • Advanced technical troubleshooting.
  • Technical service and problem resolution.
  • Maintain the traceability of the equipment by proper management.
  • Compliance with all quality procedures related to their functions.
  • Implement quality controls.
  • Control of proper functioning of the processes.
  • Correct storage and ordering of equipment in the warehouse.
  • Carry out cleaning and assessment of the equipment.
  • Perform all preventive and corrective maintenance operations on equipment as needed.
  • Equipment verifications and calibrations,
  • Cleaning and maintenance of their assigned vehicles.
  • Budget and costing knowledge.
  • Development of new projects.
  • Organize technical training ENARTIS ENGINEERING.
  • Development of equipment in oenological processes.

 

 

Key Skills and Experience

 

  • Mechanical or Maintenance Engineer, with experience in winemaking processes.
  • Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) and have good communication skills.
  • Good understanding of winemaking.
  • Knowledge and experience of bottling lines.
  • Basic electricity and electronics knowledge/skills.
  • Metal work.
  • Basic understanding of Food Safety norms.
  • Good communication skills and must work well with other team members.
  • Must be prepared to work afterhours if needed.
  • Team player with the ability to work in multi-disciplinary organisation.

 

                Minimum experience

 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience.
