Enartis Pacific proud supplier of high quality enological products to Australian and New Zealand wineries is offering an exciting opportunity to join their team. We are looking for expressions of interest from an office based administration support person who know what it takes to be the extension of a busy sales team. Working from our head office in Malvern East, Victoria we are looking for a full time candidate with skills to manage daily processes including support sales, inventory management and tracking of international and domestic freight

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Answering all incoming enquiries
• Processing sales orders and invoicing customers
• Liaising with warehouses, freight companies and customs clearance agents for product pricing, dispatch, tracking, importing and exporting
• Processing, tracking and receipting stock purchases
• Inventory control, planning and reporting
• Arranging and maintaining QA documentation
• Complying with audit requirements and maintaining documentation in compliance with company needs
• Preparation and analysis of sales reports
• Printing marketing materials, preparing samples and distributing marketing material and products
• All other adhoc administrative responsibilities as required

 

The successful candidate will possess:

The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, organised, mature minded and a professional individual who can demonstrate prior leadership qualities and experience coordinating tasks in the office environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required as is an ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment. A background in logistics will be highly regarded.
