Thanks to the high automation and the simplicity of use, this extractor allows to transfer to the fluid of alcohol infusion compounds of alimentary and enological interest, such as: tannins, polysaccharides, aromatic compounds, in an effective, economical, reproducible way and with high surrender. A new practical, economical and effective technology for the enrichment of wine, its distillates or wine-based beverages with compounds of oenological and food interest, through the infusion of wood or other vegetable matrices in order to increase shelf life, stability and taste pleasure.
