Thanks to its excellent antioxidant features and to the perfect synergy between potassium metabisulfite and ascorbic acid, AST MC prevents must oxidation and limits laccase activity, preserving grape aromatic potential.

  • Applications: antioxidant protection of grapes and juices; aromatic grapes; must for base wine for sparkling wines; prevention of atypical ageing
  • Dosage: 100-200 g/ton of grapes; 15-20 g/hL in juice; 10 g/hL of AST provide approx. 39 ppm SO2
